1 General Provisions

1.1 Description of Service

2dapp is a platform providing online gambling services for players in Myanmar, including football betting, live casino, slots, fish shooting games, and crash games. Services are provided on an as-is basis, and 2dapp reserves the right to change, suspend, or expand services at any time.

1.2 Legal Compliance

Each player is responsible for knowing whether online gambling is legal in their own jurisdiction and for complying with applicable local laws. It is the player's responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted in their place of residence.

1.3 Amendments to the Agreement

2dapp may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published on this page will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2dapp services are available to anyone aged 21+. Players under 21 are strictly not allowed to open an account. 2dapp reserves the right to review any suspicious account at any time and suspend it if age verification cannot be provided.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If this is detected, 2dapp reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.3 Registered Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended and any funds in those accounts will not be paid out. Players are responsible for keeping their account secure and must not share their login details with any third party.

2.4 Account Access by Others

Players may only use their own account personally. 2dapp takes no responsibility for any instance where a player allows another person to use their account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at 2dapp can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer (KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, Yoma Bank, MAB Bank).

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 20,000 Ks.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request being received, though verification checks may cause delays.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

2dapp reserves the right to review any withdrawal in connection with anti-money laundering measures. If a source-of-funds check is not passed, the withdrawal may be refused.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% Welcome Bonus of up to 300,000 Ks is awarded on your first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the 20x wagering requirement (wagering x20) has been met.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met. Your main balance (Main Balance) can be withdrawn at any time.

4.3 Incorrect Bonus Claims

If it is found that a bonus was obtained using false information or by exploiting a system error, 2dapp reserves the right to withdraw that bonus and suspend or close the account.

4.4 VIP Program

2dapp has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier earns a bi-weekly cashback —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% bi-weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% bi-weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% bi-weekly cashback

To move up a VIP tier, keep playing regularly and contact your 2dapp VIP manager.

5 Gaming Terms

5.1 Fair Play

2dapp uses SSL encryption and fair play mechanisms. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be altered by 2dapp.

5.2 Prohibited Play Methods

The following methods are strictly prohibited —

• Using bots or automated playing software
• Strategies designed in advance to abuse bonuses
• Accessing and playing during a self-exclusion period
• Deliberately exploiting server errors or game glitches

If any of these violations are detected, 2dapp reserves the right to void bets from that account and block withdrawals.

5.3 Server Downtime and Disconnections

If a network issue or disconnection occurs during gameplay, 2dapp's server records alone will determine the game result.

6 Responsible Gaming

6.1 Personal Limits

Players can request gaming limits (deposit limit, wagering limit, cool-off period, and self-exclusion) to stay in control of their play. These services are available 24/7 via Live Chat.

7 Account Closure and Refunds

7.1 Account Closure Requested by the Player

7.2 2dapp's Right to Close Accounts

2dapp reserves the right to close an account immediately and without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found. This includes bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, and activities related to money laundering.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no gaming activity for 6 months will be considered inactive, and 2dapp may suspend it. To withdraw any remaining balance, contact us via Live Chat.

9 Limitation of Liability
